The scaffolding folding QuicTower is all aluminum extruded 42 mm in diameter and Finnish board floors with door work.

It is especially suitable for professionals who require working in confined spaces, at different heights, and the need to have tools available to.

It stands for lightness and strength of aluminum, as well as their mobility with its 4 heavy duty wheels with brakes. Its configuration is secured by straps and stabilizer legs and can optionally put a gutshot.

It is expandable up to 6.6 m in height. Its base is foldable, allowing the rapid mobility in tight spaces.

With 1 x 2 m base and a wide working surface suitable for two persons. Structure completely of galvanized steel, with rubber wheels of 200 mm diameter, with galvanized steel support. Displaceable and removable stabilizers that allow the access of the scaffold to narrow places, or the ones where is needed to be very close to the wall. The keys to the anchorage, of all the structure, are part of the scaffold, being not required other tools for the assembly.

The working surface is made of aluminum framework with timber platform. It’s made of two planks, one of them with a hatch. Included in the kit, skirting board planks and safety bars.

Features

The Alupont Segura ladder is integrally made of aluminum and Finnish board. It’s specially suitable for professionals that need to work at different heights with tools always in reach and that need fast, safe and light ladder mobility. The aluminum lightness and endurance, his four wheels of high endurance with locking, his configuration fastened by braces and, optionally, stabilizer legs, give it a high safety and stability. For compositions superior than 6 m, fixed base feet are recommended. The 210 cm of separation between levels and the 62 cm of platform’s width and ladders with railings on both sides, allow to work and to move comfortably straight at different altitude, accessing to different levels only walking.

The tower of Access Alupont Segura is very similar to the ladder Alupont Segura. It’s specially recommended as a fast and safe access to upper levels. His lightness, easy maneuverability by means of four wheels with brake, his high endurance and stability configured by means of braces allow different combinations and levels for accesses with total safety.

With his 6 different models, of 3 lenghts by 2 different widths, allow many compositions to face the more different needs. The uprights allow to deploy the working surface every 30 cm, at heights between 1 and 15 m.

The easy interchangeability of the vertical uprights allow to quickly pass from one model to another, passing from an scaffold to a ladder with regulated pass and non-slip treads built in sturdy tube of 50,8 mm Ø. The uprights are easy to install and the release is immediate.

The tubes and extrudes are made in high quality aluminum, giving to the different components and extreme lightweight and a high endurance to breaking, at the same time than a total inalterability against any atmospheric agent as well as many chemical agents.

Alupont incorporates to his scaffolds, gateways up to 8,50 m length that allow and ease the union between different scaffold groups, giving versatile solutions never solved before.

The base extensors of the scaffolds are provided with tip up feet with rubber lining, ensuring the best stability in any ground condition.

Feet are telescopical with an enlargement up to 32 cm, what allows the leveling on slope or stepped grounds.

The treads on the vertical uprights have a regulated Pass of 30 cm, allowing in this way the climb of the user without the need of other ladders. The union of the crossbars with the uprights is very quick, thanks to the hooks and the instant automatic locking, ensuring a solid and safe fixing. The pressure of only one finger is enough to release the crossbars.

The pivoting wheels are interchangeable with the different uprights and have a braking system, worked with the foot, that aligns the center of the wheel with the upright handles. The nylon of the wheels don’t stain the interior grounds.

The working surfaces are made of non-slip Finnish board and have a hatch to allow the pass of the worker. Have a safety system against accidental lifts.
